Yay! I found some lovely things in the webshop. How can I place my order?
Go to the item of your choice and select PURCHASE. The chosen item will be moved into your shopping basket.
To finalize your order, go to your shopping basket and select CHECKOUT.
Complete the requested information on the following steps: CONTACT, SHIPPING & PAYMENT. You will receive a final overview of your purchase and you are done!
I do not live in Belgium, can I still place an order?
Of course! We ship to the Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany and France.
On request we can ship packages to other countries as well. For more information, please send an email to email@example.com
Which payment methods are available?
Online you can pay with PayPal or Stripe. In the store in Tielrode we also accept cash or bancontact.
Do you want to use a gift certificate? Fill in the code that you will find at the bottom right hand corner of the card. The code starts with GB010... The value of the certificate will automatically be deducted from the total value of your order.
I am not at home during office hours...
If no one is home at the time of the delivery, Bpost will leave a note in your mailbox. On it you will find further instructions about how to collect your package at the post office.
My package still hasn't been delivered...
Weekends and bank holidays can delay deliveries. If the package still hasn't been delivered after 7 business days, you should contact us at 0487 20 20 26 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Something is missing in my package ...

Every item is checked and wrapped carefully by us. Did we still miss something? Contact us immediately at 0487 20 20 26 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have placed my order and finalized my payment, what now?
We will wrap your order with a lot of care and love and ship it within the next 24h. Our choses carrier is Bpost. We will send you an email with an update and a Bpost tracking number. With this reference you will be able to track the process of your parcel on the Bpost website.
How much is the delivery charge?
Our packages can be delivered all over the country. We charge shipping costs based on the rates applied by Bpost.

Do you want to request an invoice for your purchase? No problem! Leave us your billing details in the field 'notes or instructions' and we will email your invoice at the provided email address. Be sure to include a valid TAX number!
